My comment was actually a joke...BUT, according to what you wrote it states that you must arm himself with unusual and dangerous weapons, FOR THE PURPOSE OF TERRIFYING OTHERS, and go on public highways in a MANNER TO CAUSE TERROR TO OTHERS. Just because I have a weapon on my hip doesn't mean I am doing it for the purpose of terrifying others or in a manner to cause terror Personally, I think the whole issue of having weapons on campus is a bad idea
