Imagine: Ham radio is not allowed to exist unless sanctioned by the Azalea Coast Amateur Radio Club.
Hari, would you please cite the section of part 97 (the law regulating the Amateur Radio Service) that assigns responsibility to ACARC? Your club by-laws affect no one except club members.
