As one writer talked about the black male was set up to fail, lets look more into it. since slavery african americans where set up to prey on themselfs. As the slave master seperated the field blacks from the house blacks, that is still into play today. I ask people what is a project? Most young blacks say "thats where i live". Well a project is a unkwon experiment. Waiting to see what happens.
