I loved this story. I was afraid that my retirement dreams of seeing the states was squashed with the price of gas. With longer stays in each stop it makes it worthwhile to still persue this dream. Walmart offers free overnight parking so that is a deal. Enjoying the nature and beauty outside our confines is worth more than any other niceity that others spend their money on such as manicures, hair styles, trips to the bar, fast food, country clubs, etc. It is all in how you manage your earnings and how you want to spend it. So glad to see it CAN be done. I am looking forward to it!
