2 tbl garlic powder
1/4 c paprika
1 tbl chili powder
1/2 tbl black pepper
1/2 tbl lemon pepper
1/2 tbl cayenne
1/4 c salt
1/2 tbl dried rosemary

Rub ribs well with dry mixture, seal and refrigerate overnight. Fire up charcoal. When edges of charcoal are white and flames have died down, spread charcoal evenly in grill. Add if desired 1 cup soaked wood chips for smoked effect. Place ribs bone side down on upper shelf of grill, away from direct heat. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat pulls away from bone. Use your own BBQ sauce or purchased sauce to moisten. Eat immediately. Enjoy.
