There was a shooting a month ago in the neighborhood where I live. Someone had walked up on a drug deal so they shot at them. Wilmington, NC was deemed one of the most dangerous cities in the nation to drive.
Those are serious issues. Focusing on cigarette butts? LMAO. Get a life.
