A lot of people don't reach out for help by saying hey I need this or something like that. This is a complicated story with very few facts except; someone had to tell the sheriffs office that their a/c had been broken for a week for them to know. People don't want to put themselves off on other people or call 911. When a person's a/c is broken in the heat we had and you know it: you say something like come sit with me this afternoon, my a/c is working and I could use the company. You can also say well, lets look at it and see what we can do to get it fixed. Anything you think will help another person in that situation. Most people are having a hard time right now and they really don't want to put themselves off on anyone else.
