This is what I don't understand. If you have a child born in 1990 you can no longer receive the child tax credit for them nor will you get the stimulus money for them. This is the tricky part... if they worked and filed taxes, they don't get a stimulus check either because you claim them as a dependent! Certianly others have noticed this. When is a 17 year old not considered a child? I thought legal adulthood was 18.
