I ran into the same thing at Clear Run Apts. When I first moved to the area my apartment flooded 3 times in 12 months. I've done the fan thing, requested they break my lease, and begged for replacement of carpet..but nothing happened. Still regret not getting a lawyer, you live and learn. Had to get rid of half my stuff when we moved because of mold and mildew smell and fear of moving it to new apt.
