Let me be one the to fill in the blanks with information. I work for one of the mitigation companies here in Wilmington. If it is done properly, the apartment should be back to it's"pre-Loss" condition. No odors, proper drying and proper analysis done on the carpet to determine if it needs to be replaced. The use of proper anti- bacterial chemicals to alleviate any chance of foul odor and growth of unwanted substances. Maybe the administration need to find a truly reputable company to do the job right.
