this dog should have never been returned. Dogs do not belong outside on a porch. Return this dog to the person in Ohio. Shame on the people that returned this dog to live her life on a hot porch. If this family loved this dog so much then she would have lived inside with her family not left to burn up in the heat in a dirty dog house. This is just SAD!!!
