Someone needs to educate these so called caring people. Dogs, especially seniors, do not belong outside in humid hot weather. Whoever believes that dogs do not need to be kept cool is really not too smart. Sounds like even after the so called bad experience of loosing their dog, you would think they would want to protect her now. So much for really caring. People like this do not deserve a pet.
