I am in my 40's. We didn't even have A/C till I was 16.......... HELLO? We were not poor either we had a nice NEW house. Back in the 60's house's were built w/o a/c and you got a window unit if you wanted one. My Grandmother had no problem with it she never had a/c by choice. Dogs are animals they adjust, just like we would if we were not spoiled climate controlled inside humans. Gee what do you do when we have storms and the power is out for days on end? Oh let me guess you hook up your generator to cool your dogs.
