Being a part of the media, I've had the chance to play with the Ugas over the years, including this one. All of us who are football fans mourn with you. Maybe not in the same way, with the same intensity, but Uga represented tradition and something extra for a Saturday afternoon game. I'll think often of my last 'petting session' with Uga at Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, and look forward to meeting Uga 7 sometime in the future.
