It seems Sandra Spalding Hughes ,appointed by the Democratic Party to fill Mr Wrights seat is back in bed with the Wilmington City Council. She voted yes for forced annexation after meeting with the city council. Why did't she vote as the peoples representative. NO.The Democrats truly appointed someone who does not respect the wishes of the people . I hope the population remembers this come election day .It's the same old politics in Wilmington N.C.
