NEW HANOVER COUNTY -- After a month-long investigation vice and narcotics agents busted three people in New Hanover County Tuesday night with heroin.
Forty-two-year-old Brian Backman, 43-year-old Cynthia Harden and 45-year-old Gordon Williams face numerous charges.
Agents say the three were pulled over on Spring View Road around 9:30 Tuesday night.
Deputies say they found 1,100 bags of heroin in the car.
The heroin has a street value of $44,000.
