that's just great. now they have a place to eat and sleep at taxpayers expense. maybe if we start doing like the third world countries. if your caught with illegal narcotics then you become a statistic by means of execution. these clowns will live off of tax dollars for a while, then hit the streets again...full force making their illegal transactions. law enforcement is doing nothing more than running around in circles. they'll never stop the illegal drug trade without some authority to stop it. i say the government gives them the authority to eliminate these thugs from society! you wouldn't see near as many of em that choose this route!
