I think what you don't undersand is I was their and the people with me did not care. I understand the problems in the system but what does it take for people to start taking responsibilty? I feel I live among a bunch of really stupid people and I do, I sat with them, I've talked to them, I heard what they had to say and NOT ONE said they learned a thing!!!!
