ISSUE is that these people tie MONEY with happiness....if you don't have money...you basically can hang the idea of ADOPTING UP...I have heard of people having to go to RUSSIA, CHINA, etc to adopt children...which is REALLY SAD when you think about the children in our OWN COUNTRY. Course...we just rip them out of the womb and throw them in the trash anyway...
