No excuses for the Navassa Police Chief, no second chances, no excuses for his conduct, particularly for a man in his position. It's time he recognized that he has a major problem and get help before he kills someone while driving under the influence. And, furthermore, he needs to be replaced by a person who is responsible and earns the respect of those who work for him.
