My daughter and neice found out about the program at the beginning of the summer, and have given up their summers (and my gas) to be with these children and help with the horses.These two have me drive them 25 miles one way for a 4 yr day of what they consider a blast. I finally took the time and stayed with the children to see what their day was like. NOw I am hooked on the place. Its a great time for all and these two have learned so much about others and themselves. Please if you have time check out the program rather its to volunteer or be part of the riding...YOU NEED TO CHECK IT OUT! I have no part of the program other than my 2 volunteers, and they have learned self esteem, to give to others, and realized life is not about themselves. I am very proud of them and the program.
