North Carolina does not allow her to adopt the child.
The child is not her, she is not either and adoptive mother or a biological mother.
The radio said she was found in civil contempt this morning.
I guess that is different from criminal contempt.
Just like Boseman to announce to the world, "I am not a criminal."
