Now we all know, if someone wants to buy a piece of property such as an old gas station, the new owner would be liable for the clean-up.
Let see if Navassa can get some "favors".. after all, it's not their fault the land might need clean up. What a pathetic argument. That doesn't work for any of us, why should that work for them.
