Volunteers Needed

The Oak Island Water Rescue is having trouble getting volunteers, and their services are hurting because of it. Reece Simmons, the Assistant Chief, was our guest today on Newschannel 3 at 5, and spoke about what they do, why it's important, and why help is needed.
