You need to do a report on State Agencies (NCDOT, NHC, CITY OF WILMINGTON,DWQ) not answering emails... Friday and any other day. I am ashamed that our OWN state agencies don't answer emails. I say 75% of my emails & phone calls do not get answered. This is not hate mail I am sending out. I work for an engineering firm and ask questions about public systems, roads, sewer mains, water mains, public information. What do these people do all day? They are no better than the dead beat Americans we have trying to squeeze every last free dollar from of government.
