I personally think this law is a good idea. I am a single mom I would hate to send my little boy into the boys restroom only for him to encounter a pervert in the mens restroom. Also how can we (single moms) go about getting a more enforceable law into effect regarding dead beat, absent dads? I would love to see my kids father on a bill board for the back child support he owes me. Anybody got any suggestions? Better yet send all deadbeat parents to fight in the war and let the parents that want to come home to their familes come home.
