We all agree sex offenders are criminals that need to be carefully monitored, because many will repeat their offenses after release, and many of the victims are young. Loading up the process with more detailed restrictions will probably just create more paperwork, and more useless man hours/salaries. Then we have yet another law to add to the endless books. I feel that Mr. Thompson is jumping on a high profile and "image building" issue for campaign gain. Councilman Thompson wants to be Commissioner Thompson.
