sex offender

i have a sex offender moving in 2 doors down from me when he gets out of prison 11/29/08. i am trying to get a new city ordinance in place in dothan, al. the next counsel meeting is 11/18/08. i have a 9 year old boy. this sex offender likes boys. I need information to help me in my meeting. Please send asap. thanks nancy
