Anti-war vet group to hold free concert

FAYETTEVILE -- Members of Iraq Veterans Against the War will host a free concert in Fayetteville. Tuesday's concert at a club near Fort Bragg is part of the group's nationwide tour. The Fayetteville stop is the second of six military bases the group will visit. The tour will stop at Camp Lejeune on Friday. Members said the concert is meant to show solidarity with the soldiers at Fort Bragg. Iraq Veterans Against the War was founded in 2004. The group has more than 1,250 members in the United States, Canada and on military bases overseas. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
