Yet another woman who filed a protective order in vain !!

I know for a fact that tarica had a protective order aganist this man..... What is goin on with the justice system that malicious ex boyfriends & husbands can still willfully & spitefully carry out their sick acts of vengence DESPITE there being a protective order!!!!! Some protection that is !!!!!
