Das I completely agree. There is a TIME and PLACE for those activities and neither one involved being on the job at a community safe house. This has nothing to do with his work ethic. He is only reporting sexual harrasement and this is sexual harrasement. Frank, you are being extremely ungreatful because I'm sure he would not judge you if asked to run in your burning house and save you. Give the man some respect.
