AREN'T WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON! If the person is into criminal activity or has tendencies to break the law...a restraining order means absolutely NOTHING. It only takes breaking the restraining order ONCE to end in tragedy. Only one thing will stop it...HARSH punishment for breaking a restraining order and MANDATORY TIME for domestic violence....
