Please take a trip to Savannah and learn the right way to operate a tourist-oriented historical riverfront business community that actually embraces its local military service members. Businesses in Savannah's historic district provide outstanding customer service....and law enforcement officials there have managed to rid the streets of the real menace in Wilmington, the derelict homeless who prey upon visitors to the downtown area. (For those of you who are thinking, "Why don't you move to Savannah?" I am.)
