I dont get this they can KILL these animals like this but if we have ours on a runner or tied up because they are outside then we get a $250.00 to $500.00 fine. Or if our dog goes out of our yard to someone elses then they pick the dog up and fine us outrages amount of money.So what gives these people the right to KILL like they are doing but to dictate to us how our animals are to be cared for.And yes I am saying this from experience.I had 2 dogs one was a Chow,German Shepard mix I had her fixed and up to date on all of her shots,and we had a full blooded registered Siberian Husky and yes she was also up to date on all of her shots and we had to let both of my dogs go to my mothers house and live b/c she lives in the country. I do not live in the city but I had to pay taxes on my dogs,I had to registered both of them and the list goes on adn these people told me that my animals could not even be on a runner while outside that they had to be in a fenced in yard and that I do not have.But my animals are better off in the country.But the nerve of these people to dictate to us,and to KILL them the way they do.You know what New Hanover County HS if people are going to have an animal you should stay out of it and try to fix the way YOU handle the animals.
