My daughter, Linda Heron, had just begun grad school at Tulane University when they closed the school and she had to return home. She wishes she had stayed to volunteer with an organization such as the Red Cross rather than come home as now she is uncertain as to when she will be able to return. School was supposed to reopen on Thursday but they have already delayed that.
