This is a tragedy. Michelle ran an intranet business fairly close to that location. Why she was in that area I cannot answer. I do wish people would hold reserve on the comments until the facts come out but it is America and I agree with free speech. I loved this girl with all my heart and will miss her very very much. She worked at the Carolina Beach fishing pier for a long time and will be missed by people that enjoyed her ever present smile.
