...me either. Dang sure wouldn't slow down or stop and talk to anyone out at 3a.m. down there. It is asking for trouble. There should be a CURFEW down there and if you are out after it you should be arrested. Those ppl get their rent paid by tax payers so until they pay their own way and stop living off us they should have to live by serious rules. Welfare should be discouraged and difficult, right now its like a free ride with rewards. Sorry for this ladies family.
