I think we need to go with an "escape from NY" attitude here... take ALL the scum from all around wilmington, clear the good people out of creekwood and house them all there. Then BUILD A 100 FOOT WALL AROUND CREEKWOOD AND KEEP THEM ALL INSIDE. Crime will drop in Wilmington drastically.
