You're exactly right. I've lived in Wilmington since 1976 and was always told to stay away from Creekwood. If the gov't does away with Creekwood they're going to distribute the crack smoking thugs all over Wilmington! Build a wall around it.....let them have it as their own little town, heck, don't even put a police trailer in there....just a liquor store and a morgue.
