When you set up a place that has no hope of EVER being part of the civilized community, you have to expect the inmates of the place to be uncivilized. I say we should build a lead-lined wall about 50 feet high around the place and use it as a low-yield nuclear test facility. We would use the use of the area for awhile, but what the heck, decent people can't use it anyway. After all, if there are decent people living there, they should be the ones to run the thugs out.
