A group of downtown residents will meet tonight, to talk about starting an active community watch group. Yesterday Franceen O'Toole spent the day handing out flyers and speaking to her neighbors about tonight's meeting. It will be in the public meeting room at the Wilmington Police Department on Bess Street, at 6:30 p.m. Residents of downtown's historic district are invited to attend. Police will be there to answer questions and listen to concerns.
