video There are new details surrounding a weekend shooting outside of a club in Bladen County. The shooting happened early Saturday morning at Club World Wide in Elizabethtown, and sent one woman to the hospital.

Tar Heel will have blank ballot come November

video The deadline to run for municipal elections has ended and one community will have a blank ballot come November. The small town of Tar Heel in Bladen County has no one running for mayor or any of the three council positions and the deadline for municipal filings has not been extended.

Bladen Co. school board members reportedly overspend on California trip

video Two Bladen County School Board members reportedly over-spent more than $1,000 of tax payers' money during an out of state conference. In April, the two board members attended a national school board conference in California. According to spending records from the trip, the two spent much more than they were supposed to.
