A father and daughter medical team is facing more than 200 federal fraud charges.

Roy and Tammy Creasy are each being indicted on 225 counts of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, aiding and abetting and mail fraud stemming from Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements.

The Creasy's have run the Delco Health Clinic, the Lake Waccamaw Medical Clinic and the Yaupon Medical Clinic. They also ran Atlantic Health Care, which closed in June 2007, but reopened as Cape Fear Center for Medical Arts.

Now, in the face of these federal charges, the Creasy Memorial Clinic is open and accepting new patients.

We spoke with Dr. Roy Creasy Wednesday evening on the phone. He said he was about to go in to a meeting with a patient, and we would need to speak with his lawyer. He declined to say who is representing him.

Tammy Creasy did not return our calls.

The two are expected to appear in federal court on December 1st.

Who would?

Who in their right mind would go to these two clowns for medical services? They should have lost any medical licenses they hold.

Its all about the pills. You

Its all about the pills. You go in with a hundred bucks and a BS reason for needing oxycontin, and they write you a prescription. Its got nothing to do with medical care.
