Deep Point Marina offers a new way to Bald Head Island

This week marks a new way to get to Bald Head Island. Deep Point Marina, a new 40,000 square foot terminal, will open Tuesday. The two story building includes a snack bar, a balcony over looking the Cape Fear River, and more parking than the old ferry lots. It is located on Ferry Road next to the State Ferry Landing.
