DNA results confirm that some additional bones found along Carolina Beach Road last fall belong to the same woman whose partial skeleton was discovered last year.

A report from a lab in Texas found that the latest bones sent for analysis were remains of Allison Jackson Foy.

Allison Foy and Angela Rothen were found in the same general area, behind a restaurant on Carolina Beach Road.

An autopsy revealed they were victims of homicide.

There had been some fear that these latest bones belonged to a third victim.

Wilmington police still have not identified a suspect in the case. The investigation is ongoing.
