Unless bums and wine-o's are sitting and sleeping there then the benches should stay. Southport is a small town, I guess the powers that be need someone to harass.

The bums and wino's (and maybe a crackhead or two) in Southport have no time for these benches. They are too busy running our city.
Bullfrog business location in Southport
I was visiting Southport today, and saw absolutely no problem with the location of the benches. I think the city needs to vote the aldermen who insist on their ridiculous laws out of office.
