Don't miss Monty's Home Pet Expo

If you are looking for more ways to pamper your pet, don't miss this weekend's Monty's Home Pet Expo. The expo will feature everything from veterinarians, trainers, pet care items to the latest and greatest products for your pet. The expo is meant to educate pet owners, and to give them a chance to shop at all the booths. This is the second year Monty's Home has sponsored the expo. It is the year's largest fundraiser for one of their popular training programs. Barbara Raab, Monty’s Home Pet Expo founder said, “We take dogs from the shelter, and we put them in the prison system, the state prison system. We train the inmates to train the dogs and then we adopt them out, but the vet bills and the expense from pulling the dogs from the pound is quite expensive.” The Monty's Home Pet Expo is this Sunday at the CFCC Schwartz Center from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Admission is five dollars per person and children under twelve are free, but please leave your pets at home.
