Do you people really think growing it at home is going to take the violence out of it? Why do you people think he had all of those weapons, to shoot squirrels? OMG. Hopeless. Did you people smoke the part of your brain away that deals in common sense? If you support growing your own weed, you should support growing your own coca plants, or poppies. Then the world will be full of rainbows, unicorns, love and peace, right?

What a shame, this is a

What a shame, this is a waste of County money and manpower. Which is best: homegrown Or importing it from Mexico to support gang activity and illegal immigration? Concentrate of the violent offenders !!

Shell Point

It would take a lot more than what Brunswick County has to straighten Shell Point, River View, and Little Shallotte River Estates up. I should know, I live there. Especially Little Shallotte River Estates!

He might be guilty of some

He might be guilty of some of the charges, but the maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances would cause me to nullify and find him not guilty if I were a juror and the case went to court. This BS is not right. He maintained a dwelling to inhabit and the drugs were secondary, assumeing he did indeed live on the primises. Marijuana growing/use should not be a crime, anyhow.
