The district attorney has dropped charges against insurance agent Don Bullard.
Bullard was arrested in September after a search of his Wilmington home. He was charged with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver ecstasy, along with destroying evidence.
Bullard's lawyer said a lab analyzed the tablet taken from Bullard's home during the search. Lab officials determined it was not a controlled substance and Tuesday all charges against Bullard were dropped.

This is a mystery. Was Bullard manufacturing a drug that is not a controlled substance? Very puzzling. Why did police go to his house to confiscate the pill? Will Bullard sue? Lots of questions.

predicted by those who did not jump to false conclusions. Let's hope those who gave the authorities false information, which led to the charges being filed, are held to task.
Let's also hope Mr. Bullard receives a public apology.
Finally, let's hope someone looks into all the dollars spent in investigating and bringing false charges. Those funds might have been better applied in Creekwood or another of the known dryg areas.

Ok, so the pill they got wasnt a narcotic....didnt they charge him with other things? I can't help but feel like deals were made or palms were greased. Wasnt there an 11 mo investigation, wasnt he charged with destroying evidence???? Free ride as usual for those with money! What about the young ladies, wasnt one 17 when her incident took place? Possibly I missed some facts, if so I apologize but I think the other charges should not have been dropped and let the court decide on those.
