Fair Bluff voters prepare for a do-over

Voters in the Columbus County town of Fair Bluff will head back to the polls on February 23rd. The do- over comes after some people who voted in the November election admitted they didn't actually live in Fair Bluff town limits. Chris Scott beat incumbent Randy Britt by just two votes in the race for Mayor. That will be the only item on the ballot in February. To avoid problems this time around, elections officials are asking all 868 registered voters in Fair Bluff to check with the Board of Elections and verify their eligibility. To do that, voters can call or stop by the Board of Elections office, or go to a library. The new election will cost about $2,700.
